SAORI Studios in Japan
SAORI Global serves as the international contact point for the following SAORI studios operated by Sakaiseikisangyo Co., Ltd., the original SAORI company and manufacturer of SAORI looms, yarns, and accessories.
We welcome visitors from around the world to experience the joy of SAORI at SAORINOMORI in Izumi, Osaka, SAORI Osaka (Umeda), and SAORI Sendagaya (Tokyo).
Please note that Multi-day SAORI Retreats, which include overnight accommodations and in-depth guidance on the SAORI philosophy and practice—covering weaving, warping, and clothes-making—are offered only at SAORINOMORI in Izumi, Osaka, and are hosted by SAORI Global. Guidance is available in Japanese and English.
The 1-Day Visitors’ Class is available at SAORINOMORI, SAORI Osaka (Umeda), and SAORI Sendagaya (Tokyo). However, classes at SAORI Osaka and SAORI Sendagaya are generally not attended by SAORI Global staff, so guidance in English may be more limited there than at SAORINOMORI.
At this time, we are not accepting international bookings for SAORI Hiroshima.

SAORINOMORI
SAORI Headquarters in Izumi City, Osaka
SAORINOMORI is not only the production site for all SAORI products but also the source of SAORI philosophy and practice, where you may meet the founders’ family and others who have carried SAORI’s history forward for many years.
SAORI Global—the SAORI company responsible for international operations—is based here and also hosts multi-day SAORI retreats.
At SAORINOMORI, we offer a welcoming and cozy environment for SAORI practice, the most abundant inventory of SAORI products, and the most comprehensive bilingual (Japanese–English) support for international visitors among all SAORI studio locations in Japan.

SAORI Studio in Umeda, Osaka
Situated in a building a few minutes’ walk from JR Osaka Station and the Umeda Subway Station, this is an intimate & urban SAORI studio offering 1-Day Visitors’ Classes for up to two participants per day. Special group reservations are available for relatively small groups of up to ten people and are coordinated in collaboration with the SAORI Global staff.

Located in a quiet residential area near Shinjuku Gyoen in the heart of Tokyo, this is an intimate & urban SAORI studio offering 1-Day Visitors’ Classes for up to two participants per day. Please note that group reservations are not available, as SAORI Global team is not based at this location.

SAORI Hiroshima
SAORI Studio in Hiroshima
SAORI Hiroshima is an intimate, urban studio located just a 3-minute walk from Yokogawa Station’s south exit—only two stops (about 4 minutes) from JR Hiroshima Station and about a 15-minute drive from the Peace Memorial Park.
Situated on the first floor of the Nishi Ward Community Cultural Center, it offers a welcoming and friendly space within a community area for exchange and learning in Hiroshima.
Please note that we are not accepting international bookings for SAORI Hiroshima at this time. We will announce on this website when reservations for international visitors become available.
