HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN SAORI GLOBAL FORUM
  *You need to log in before you post a new thread or reply to someone's message

    1. Select a forum which matches the theme of the thread you would like to post.
    2. Click the name of the forum.
    3. Click "New Thread".
    4. Write your comments.
    5. If you would like to attach a photo image, click "Insert Image" button.
    6. Click "Add file".
    7. Select the image file to be uploaded, give a name and description to the image, and click "upload".
    8. Your image  has been uploaded into the PublicForumImage and people can view your photo image.
    9. Click "Update" and post your thread into the forum.

SAORI in Minnesota and Wisconscin U.S.A. 

Hi SAORI weavers and who are to be...

I am so excited to share my big news that happened last one month.

1. Textile Center, Minneapolis MN is holding 2008 Gallery Shop Holiday Show starting Nov. 1 through Dec. 29 2008. It is a juried show and my vests and scarves are going to be at the show! My dream came true!  It is a good opportunity for people to know what SAORI weaving is.  I am excited, but I am not ready yet...

2. I have been also selected as one of the "Featured Artist" at the SPACE for Creativity.  They were looking for artists to do a show at their "Featured Artists" space and I applied and am in! My show will be Jan. 9 through Mar 10.  The SPACE is in New Richmond, WI, U.S.A. www.thespaceforcreativity.com

3. I am also in! My ECO items will be at the Eco Fashion Show at the end of January 2009 at the Minnesota Convention Center. I will be using organic/recycle material more than 50% of an item. I am looking for more of these material right now.  Do you have any suggetions?

Congratulations on being selected at the three shows!  It is very exciting!  It would be great if you could show us some photos of the shows on your website when you are ready.... Looking forward to it!
